I fell in love with the Central Oregon "magnetic energy" in 1992 - it took 8 years for my dreams to come to fruition. 1999 made the move here to raise children and start a horse boarding business on my ranch, now wanting to share the beauty by offering the TRT Horse Guest Suite.
I am originally from Southern California, career spans from: Retail stereo Sales in the 70's, National Sales Manager for a Wisconsin firm for 8 years, Office Manage/Convention Planner for Southern California firm 15 years, 30 years residential property manager Southern California and Central Oregon, TRT Horse Ranch boarding last 18 years. After years of the busy life, I have metamorphosed ~ now thrive in the quiet solitude of country living: ride/train horses, ranch chores, yoga, walking, cross county skiing and snow shoeing.
We are avid outdoor enthusiasts, music lovers (year round volunteers for the Sisters Folk Festival) and we love to eat healthy. We embrace the four seasons here ... long summer days ... and long winter nights. Can't live without: my children, grandchildren, partner, girlfriends, music, views of the Cascade Mountain Range and Yoga. Favorite Movies ~ love stories with happy endings and James Bond type thrillers :-). I've traveled the US, Mexico, Canada ~ look forward to New Zealand, Ireland and ? Favorite Books: Anything HORSES (Tom and Bill Dorrance, Ray Hunt, Buck Brannaman, Jack Brainard, Leslie Desmond, Manalo Mendez), Spirituality, Alternative Health Care.
We are grateful to have the opportunity to host your stay at the TRT Horse Ranch Guest Suite. We want to honor your privacy ~ but welcome your questions about the accommodations and attractions/activities in our area.
