Heseldon Place is an upmarket double-story residence situated in the heart of the Rondebosch Golden Mile. It is a secure, private, comfortable getaway, conveniently situated for a great holiday experience in Cape Town.
We have three bedrooms upstairs. The spacious main bedroom with queen-sized bed, en-suite full bathroom (his and hers basins and showers) and walk-in cupboard, has magnificent mountain views and air-conditioning.
The second bedroom, with a double bed, has a separate full bathroom with huge shower area, and the third bedroom has a single bed with en-suite bathroom.
Downstairs is a TV room with air-conditioning and underfloor heating, a lovely kitchen with breakfast area, scullery, guest toilet, dining room and formal lounge.
The patio a table for alfresco meals as well as comfortable outdoor seating.
Outside there is parking for 2 cars on the fully enclosed and private property, a non-enclosed swimming pool, and a lovely wide veranda with mountain views, outdoor furniture and a Weber.
A small safe is provided for valuables, and a cleaning service can be arranged if required at very reasonable rates.
We have full DSTV service as well as wireless internet.
Access from the street is by remote controlled door or roll-up driveway door. Parking for up to 3 cars on the property. One additional room is reserved for host storage.

We will be living elsewhere in Cape Town for most of your stay, so are contactable at all times for any enquiries or assistance.

We have a simple-to-use security system in operation that we will demonstrate for you, and you will be required to activate this whenever you leave the property. The security service is on call 24/7. To date we have not experienced any security incidents.
This is a non-smoking establishment. It is is an upmarket, quiet residence and neighbourhood, so we expect our guests to enjoy the space appropriately, and leave the premises in the same condition as found. No children under the age of 12. No pets.
