This chaming appartment, boasting high ceilings and many other original features, is located in the heart of Saint Servan, one of the most elegant parts of Saint -Malo. It has the additional advantage of being far from the crowds that flock to the walled part of Saint-Malo.
With a light and elegant living room that includes a polished parquet floor and a bow-window overlooking the street, the appartement has one large bedroom and a floor area of 72 square metres. Located on the second floor of a small residential building in the neo-Breton style of the 1960, the appartement is furnished in perfect harmony, taking as it theme the style of 1920’s ans 1930’s.
There are many opportunities for shopping, including, close-by, one of Saint-Malo’s most famous markets, which, even in the days when the writer Colette was a regular visitor, was held on Tuesdays and Fridays. The main theatre of Saint-Malo is five minutes away by foot, as is a large parking area offering space free-of-charge even in summer. The nearest beaches are ten minutes away, and the ramparts of the old town twendy minutes away by foot.
On arrival at the appartement you will be made welcome with a bascket of fruit, biscuits and cider from Brittany. A kitchen that enjoys the morning sun allow you prepare meals as you wish, and, with three televisions, a music system, computer and WIFI, you won’t have any trouble keeping in touch with the wold. We provide sheets, towels, two dressing-gowns and two bicycles, and we provide the cleaning at the end of your stay. We can, at additional cost, meet you at the nearest aiport, provide assistance with your luggage, arrange car-hire, or provide Champagne served in an ice-bucket, freshly-prepared fruit juice or fruit salad, a tray of chocolates, a bascket of dried fruits, a meal (entrée, main course and dessert) from a « traiteur » or a selection of six wines that highlight different regions and styles of French wine-making.
