We hope all of our guests can enjoy a very memorable stay in our recently updated Condo! Stainless steel appliances, Corian cookware, granite counter tops throughout, full size washer and dryer, tile flooring in all living and BR areas, large walk in glass shower, and space evoking large full wall mirrors all combine to create a very clean, spacious, convenient and attractive environment! We have enjoyed preparing our Condo to exceed one's expectations when renting this property.
From hand sewn living room darkening curtains, owner made window treatments, pillows, bed throws, welcome baskets, to guest towels folded into animal shapes, generous baskets in each bathroom freshly stocked with facial, body and hair cleaning products in addition to simple first aide items in the guest bathroom, we have made every effort possible to provide a very personable welcome and stay to all of our guests!
Both bedrooms have very large walk in closets, large dressers, night stands and reading lights. The master bathroom which is attached to the bedroom has a very large walk in glass shower. The second full bathroom is directly across from the second bedroom and has a sparkling clean full bath tub with shower.
High end Queen mattress beds with luxury sheets and towels, hypoallergenic downed pillows, room darkening pleated shades, ceiling fans and optional plug in fragrances are a sure guaranty to a wonderful night's sleep! Each room also boasts HD brand new flat screen TVs (32" Magnavox with DVD and a 36" Samsung), with 100 complimentary HD channels via XFinity/Comcast.
Free wifi is available throughout the unit, and guests can relax on our very comfortable living room furniture (including queen sleeper sofa) while taking in the beautiful gulf views or enjoying entertainment from the living room 46" Sony HD TV with DVD player.
Our pantry remains stocked with an array of spices, cooking oils, flour, sugar and often times, fresh bags of cookies or chips. Guests can also enjoy complimentary Starbucks coffee, flavors and creams and individually wrapped biscotti to boot!! Paper towels, toilet paper and other kitchen food disposable storage wraps/bags are always provided.
Pool towels, beach mats and boogie boards are also available for our guests and are stored in the master bedroom closet. Guests can enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets and moonlit ocean views from the balcony while utilizing the four bar height chairs and bistro table. Even the little ones can join in with the four preschool size patio chairs.
The Dawn has a full fitness work out room, strategically located for a fully unobstructed view of the gulf! Two beautiful pools and two hot tubs are also available for all guests to enjoy! A charcoal grill and picnic table are also located adjacent to each pool. MOST IMPORTANTLY, and with huge thanks to The Galveston Parks and Recreation committee, we now have a beautiful 200 meter wide soft sandy beach directly across from The Dawn! The time to walk from our condo to the beach is literally 4 minutes!!

This condo is part of Dawn Condominiums, one of the most outstanding condo units on the island! It is conveniently located less than one mile from Moody Gardens, directly across the street from a beautiful new beach, just to the west of Walmart and conveniently located by a gas station. The Dawn has a beautiful work out room, with a directly view of the beach, two gorgeous pools, two hot tubs, two grilling areas and plenty of lounge area to catch some beautiful sunshine. Our unit is located to allow guests full view of the ocean/seawall and the beautiful lagoon pool. Because our building is set back and perpendicular to Seawall Blvd, we do not suffer the noises and heavy traffic tenants are exposed to when renting from units whose buildings are directly across from the Seawall Blvd.
1.Smoking is NOT allowed.
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

6.PETS are NOT permitted.
Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do provide pool towels, (blue and white stripe located in master closet) but suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit regular bath towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9.Hot Tub, Pool & Health Club: Children under the age of 16 are NOT permitted without parent or legal guardian supervision.
If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
•The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
•A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
•The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
