Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The south-facing garden affords fabulous ocean (and daffodil field) views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
Sympathetically renovated in 2011, we have equipped the barn with everything necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including TV & DVD player, WiFi, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. The bathroom has a large shower, WC and sink unit. All linen and towels are provided.
Our other property, a studio style barn conversion, is nearby. (https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/16867987)
The barn is self-contained; there is a garden shared with one other holiday barn. Picnic bench, outdoor table and chairs, and a parking space are all provided.

We live on site and are available to answer questions most of the time.
Другие важные подробности
A car is useful to access the property, but not essential. There is a bus service from Falmouth, and the local village has most amenities.
The National Trust also has a holiday property near the farmhouse, and the road between Falmouth and Mawnan Smith runs past the car parking area of the cottage; there is very little impact from these on Bian Mor.
We do not allow smoking in the barn and request that guests treat the property as they would their own home. We charge £20 extra for any pets and have specific requirements ensuring the safety of our own animals.
