Breakfast will be provided, if scheduling works out, or if you're up early enough. I'm a chef here in Green Bay, so pretty much anything would be available, only limited by your imagination. Almost like a BnB, without the BnB price!

I do have a small dog, Tucker. He is a bit skittish with strangers at first, but is a very cuddly fellow overall and warms up quickly. He's GREAT with kids (he loves little people!!), so no problems with nipping or biting. He's part poodle, so he doesn't shed, so no worries about dog hair. He's pretty much afraid of his own shadow, loves to play ball (even though, quite frankly, he can't catch worth a darn!) doesn't bark, and is VERY well behaved.
No smoking in the house, casual get togethers only please. No wild crazy parties please.

I'm a GM/Chef at a local golf course here in Green Bay. Love what I do, and do what I love. I thoroughly enjoy different cultures, and the hows and whys of the food they serve. I like to play golf when I have the time/opportunity in my free time. Love my dog Tucker, who I share custody of. He is such a faithfull companion, and so well behaved, he is the son I never had.
I like to take in a good (or, really....great) microbrew on occasion. Bring on the big malty goodness of a Scottish ale please! I'm a bit of an eclectic diner, as I prefer the unusual as opposed to going somewhere and having "the usual". You'll never know if you like something until you can say you tried it.
I love to read culinary publications mostly, either cookbooks, textbooks, or trade magazines. Helps keep up on trends, new techniques, products, etc. Its not about my work, its about doing what I love to do.
