One of the best locations in the city, 5 minutes walk to Times Square, 10 minutes walk to Central Park, 5-8 minutes walk to any train station line (A,C,E,R,N,Q,1,2,3,7), 2 minutes walk to the Theatre District. Quiet, green area in the heart of NYC!
There is no smoking in the house, no party in the house, no visitors unless it's a long term stay and only approved by the host.
Please be considerate with the regular stuff: please clean after yourself, wash the dishes you use, don't be loud if you come home late and happy, be respectful to our neighbors, they are awesome!
The building has a recycling policy, no exceptions!
Enjoy your stay!
I'm an actress living in the city for 7 years. I am originally from Romania, came here with a scholarship, got my master degree in acting and decided to stay in NYC. I travel pretty much due to my work, but I always come back to the city. I love New York, I fell in love with it the second day I got here and I still feel the same. I think because I never stopped being a tourist, I always find a place I never seen before, a street I never walked, a building I never noticed. I love the art in the city, one of my favorite things to do is to go at MOMA on a week day afternoon when I have time. I also enjoy the nightlife of the city, not necessarily the big clubs, but the smaller parties in East Village or Lower East side or just a good concert in Brooklyn. I love walking in the city, day or night, talking to people, listening to the music of the street artists, getting in touch with this wonderful energy that is New York.
I've been an Airbnb member before, in 2012 right before the hurricane (Sandy) and I had a great experience hosting, meeting new people from around the world.
