3 beds & 3 full baths in a large, updated Victorian home with great outdoor space. Located in the walkable LoHi/Highlands area & close to fantastic restaurants, bars, coffee, city attractions, parks, bike paths, and downtown Denver! You'll love it!!!
MOST IMPORTANT THING: Please lock front door (and all doors) when you leave. When you come, we'll give you a unique code to get in using the keypad on front door. When you leave, you need to lock the door using the same code.
Check-In is any time after 5:00 pm on weekdays and 11:00 am on weekends. If you need to check in earlier, let us know and we can usually work it out.
Check-Out is before 12:00 pm. Just let us know if that will be an issue for some reason and we can likely accomodate.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in our home (your deposit will be taken if there is smoking smell or evidence of indoor smoking), but you're welcome to smoke in the front or back yard (and we just ask that you dispose of your cigarettes appropriately). We don't mind if your cigarettes are brown or green - - it's all legal here in beautiful Colorado.
Please turn off the electric fireplace in the TV room when you leave the room or go to bed.
Please do not open windows if A/C or heat is on. We have a planet to protect.
You'll notice we have cameras on the front porch and around the back gates and garage of our home. Those are just for security to monitor anyone coming in or out of the home. Your privacy inside the home is completely protected.
There are NO parties allowed (no more than 10 people in the house total at any time - this is important and our outdoor surveillance cameras will help track this). This is out of respect for the neighbors and for reduced wear and tear on our home. Thank you for understanding.
We'll give you our contact information as well as the contact info for neighbors who will be happy to help with any questions or concerns!

We (Dan and Emma) simply LOVE living in sunny Denver, Colorado! We capitalize on our location close to the city every single day by biking or walking to festivals, concerts, ball games, and much more, but on the weekends, the mountains often call us away for snow boarding, hiking, and camping. During the week, Dan is a software engineer for Denver Public Schools and Emma works in disability policy advocacy and as a yoga teacher. Though we love living in Denver, our wanderlust has taken us all over the world. We love to travel and host other travelers. Some of our favorite spots include Costa Rica (where we got married), Nicaragua, Thailand, and Indonesia (where we honeymooned), among many other great places. I think most of our friends would describe us as fun, outgoing, and always looking for a new adventure, good food, and interesting conversation!
