I will provide you with fresh towels, linen and tea and coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, oven with gas hot plates, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and tea towels.
The apartment looks directly out to the City of Perth and has a large balcony (50sqm) for you to enjoy the morning sunrise. In the evenings you can enjoy the view of the city lights. There is a BBQ available should you wish to utilize.
The apartment and complex is safe and secure with a small number of other residential apartments. The complex does have a lift as well as stairs.
West Perth is centrally located and you will be able to explore the different parts of Perth quite easily. Harold Boas Gardens is situated directly opposite the apartment with Kings Park just a short walk up the street.
NEAR TO THE APARTMENT (5 to 30 minutes)
There is little need for a car as the apartment is adjacent to the local bus stop and the free cat bus service. The main Perth train station is only a short walk to the city and easy to access.
The closest train station (5 minute walk) is City West on the Fremantle Train line and it will take you to the port city of Fremantle, Port Beach, Leederville, Subiaco, Claremont, Cottesloe and Perth for connections to other lines.
Nearby is Northbridge, Subiaco, Leederville and Mt Lawley. Once your booking is confirmed I will provide you with numerous restaurants, café and small bar suggestions close to the area plus additional useful information that you may require.

The apartment is in a quiet complex with excellent proximity to the city and public transport access
A minimum of 1 nights booking is required (special consideration will be give to extenuating circumstances) and a deposit/bond is payable.
No more than two persons can stay at the apartment.
