Lovely apartment in 1930s villa on Italian Riviera by Côte D'Azur immersed in private property with fruit trees and plants. In residential area 10-minute walk from the beach. Renovated in 2014, available for short or long-term rent. Private parking.
Guests have access to an apartment in the villa. There are two other apartments which are not being currently rented. Guests have access to the patio area in front of the house (with garden furniture) and to the garden on the side of the house (looking at the front door, to the left); guests must not wander in the countryside as the separation between different properties is not signalled. Children must always be under adult supervision so they don't go in different parts of the property; moreover, the typical, historical countryside in Imperia is characterised by land-terraces ("terrazzamenti") built with stone walls with no protection, so children must always be looked after so they don't get hurt.
Общение с гостями
Guests will be living alone in the villa (the other two apartments are not currently being rented) and will thus have a lot of privacy, but we will routinely be present to take care of the garden, feed the cats, and do other maintenance work without advising guests in advance.
Другие важные подробности
Please consider the villa and the land need routine maintenance and we will come to do this without advising guests in advance. We also have a cat we need to feed.

I love Airbnb because it's about relationships. Communication and mutual trust are key: I hope that my guests appreciate the fact that Airbnb is about going in the privacy and sacredness of a person's home, not a professional hotel, and therefore tell me directly, in the moment, what I can do to help and make their stay nice - knowing that as a humain human and not a generic "service provider" I will ALWAYS be there to help.
