My flat is located very central and sunny. The neighborhood of Yeldeğirmeni in Kadıköy is very nice and vivid especially because of the young population. Very easy to get to the european side. The ferries are just five minutes walk away!
The best is, that my flat is really central. The best way to explore Istanbul is starting in Kadiköy! It's not that chaotic and overcrowded like the european side and when you come back home in the evening you feel very comfortable because everything is more easygoing here :)
And of course the flat is very new and renovated. It's not big but you'll find everything you need. If you are two or more I'll give you the big room which is mine. There you'll have a double bed and a sofa. But if you're just one person you'll stay in our small room. There is a single bed in it. Please notice that this is a shared flat. My flatmate is on vacation right now so it is possible that you'll be alone but I cannot guarantee it.
You'll have your own room. The kitchen, the bathroom and the entry which is big will be shared.

I think the most important is to be respectful. And I can affirm you that my fltmate is very respectful, nice and calm :) And please do not smoke in the flat!
You can smoke but it would be great if you do it at the open window.
Hi, I'm a 27 years old female student from Germany and I moved to Istanbul two years ago. I am speaking German and Turkish fluently because both of them are my mother languages. My English is fluently as well and I can speak a little Spanish. I love to meet new people from all over the world. Traveling is very important for me as well..
I'm sharing my flat with a turkish student. It is great to live here and there are a lot of cafes, bars and lovely streets to explore. It is not as overcrowded as the european part of Istanbul and that's why it is so comfortable to live here. I think it is the best way to explore Istanbul starting from this point.
