The location is perfectly located on the desirable central coast proximate to San Luis Obispo, Pismo and Avila Beaches and San Simeon's Hearst Castle, just north and Solvang, Santa Ynez, Los Olivos and Beautiful downtown Santa Barbara just south.
Remember this is not only a farmhouse, it is more than 100 years old, so it carries the character of the era. There will be signs of many guests having enjoyed this lovely home, so if this is NOT the feel you are going for, this listing may not be suitable for your group.
Guests have access to the whole house and parking suitable for events and large busses, motor carriages, etc.

There is a sofa bed in living area of second floor. Main floor offers separate large room with full bed for convenience of small family using that room with additional add on room. Great for kids.
Regulations for vacation rentals are getting stricter all the time for hosts so you must select the appropriate number of guests expected, otherwise you jeopardize the home owners licenses, permits and ability to host. If you do not inform the host honestly about the number of guests, there will be a penalty of $50/guest/day. There are security cameras at the exterior of the estate to help monitor and ensure compliance with these city regulations. There are many dishes that you may use however if you do so, you should wash the dishes that you use and put them away.
The furnishings are designed for comfort and enjoyment, however, please respect the home and furnishings as though they were your own and act in a fashion that you would like your guests to do in your home. No smoking inside house. Please be respectful of water conservation with linens and showering. We think green.
Cleaning staff's main responsibility is to change bed linens and launder all linens, clean down and disinfect counters and bathrooms, clean and polish furniture, sweep, mop, vacuum floors and carpets, spot clean refrigerators, etc. Otherwise the home should be left in the same condition in which it was received.
There "may" be sugar, salt, pepper, tea, etc., but typically perishable items are not provided for obvious reasons.
There are towels for your use "IF" you like, but they are not required, so if you have preferences you may bring or purchase your own. If you do use our towels, you need to put them in the laundry room in utility sink or on the carpet in front of the washer so cleaning staff can launder them.
Your trash should be bagged up and put in the appropriate outside trash cans before your complete departure from the property.
