Quiet private room in Art Deco apartment in South Beach. My guest room has a queen size bed, spacious closet & TV. Rest of the apartment is shared with just me (I have my own room) and I come and go/sometimes out of town. Beach, restaurants & shops including Lincoln Rd. all within a 5-10 minute walk! Ask about availability & rates for parking. See "Detailed Description" for more information.
This is the perfect location because you are close to everything yet my place is a couple blocks away from the busy streets so there is less traffic and noise. Guest room is in the back of the house and is very quiet with central air conditioning. Hardwood floors throughout condo. 60" TV in main living room. Walk-in rain shower. City bikes for rent are located in the same block as my condo (you don't need a car). Famous Lincoln Road is 4 blocks away. Restaurants on Espanola Way are 3 blocks away. Ocean Dr/beach is 5 short blocks away! There are two parking garages within 3-4 blocks of my place that charge between $15-20/night.
Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom with myself (one person).
I don't provide laundry services but here are a couple of places if you need to do laundry:
Clean Machine (same day services/they do the laundry for you/on expensive side but close to apartment).
226 12th St.
1427 C Alton Road
Coin Laundry and they also do laundry for you but I am not sure about same day.
Общение с гостями
I am gone for the majority of the day and some evenings I am out of town but I rarely know my travel schedule much in advance. I am almost always available by phone should you need something or have questions.

Luggage Lounge at 235 9th St. (6-7 blocks from me) is also a place where you can store bags. They are open 9am - 6pm. They charge $10 for a large suitcase, $8 for small suitcases (overhead size) and $5 for handbags. Rates are per day rates.
I don't provide beach towels because in the past they have either been lost or damaged. I do provide bath towels and these should not be taken to the beach. Beach towels can be rented on the beach OR there are many shops within 2 blocks of my apartment that sell beach towels.

Please treat the Place as you would your own home.
I'm a single guy from California but Miami Beach is home! I enjoy beach time--sand volleyball and waterskiing. I love meeting people from all over the world by traveling abroad or welcoming visitors to South Beach!
