Huge sunny loft in the Mission District. New construction, 1100 sq ft, and 18 ft ceilings. Walkable to excellent cafes, restaurants, a climbing gym, yet still has a real neighborhood feel.

Close to Mission Cliffs (rock climbing), Southern Pacific Brewery, Coffee Bar, and the 24th Street corridor.
1. You do not list heat as a feature of your apartment; surely that is a mistake?
It's usually warm enough to wear t-shirts and shorts inside the loft all year round for two reasons: a) the location in the heart of the Mission keeps it a few degrees warmer than the rest of SF and b) the combination of sun and glass acts like a greenhouse. In fact, I usually keep the windows and sliding door you see in the picture open.
2. What floor is your apartment on? Is there an elevator?
The loft is on the second floor of a two floor building, stairs only, no elevator.
3. Does this apartment face a busy street? Is it noisy?
You may be able to see it in the picture, but the loft faces the backyards of my neighbors. There's no road noise but occasionally my neighbors may play some music during a BBQ or something at which point I usually close the windows and sliding door (see #1).
There's excellent soundproofing between units so internal noise shouldn't be a problem.
The entire loft will be yours to enioy. It's very large, open, and sunny.

I can help you with local knowledge. If you're thinking of places to go and things to see, just ask me and I'll give you some ideas.
No pets, no smoking, and keep noise to a reasonable level please.
