A wonderful apartment in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Bed-Stuy with a true skyline view of NYC (from the living room!), with all the amenities any Airbnb guest would wholeheartedly embrace upon arrival.
**A brief update: the previous cleaning company has been replaced with a reputable one and the apartment will now be properly detailed upon your arrival.**
My doors are open to you which means you should definitely take advantage because I've accommodated my apartment with friends, family, and the such in mind when they visit. The space is airy and bright (thank you tall ceilings and windows) and has all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
Roughly translated, it's very cozy while offering you the space needed to not stub your toes at every corner. The bedroom has a full size bed, two night stands, and bench so you can prop your suitcase on it (or under it). You will have access to one of the three closets in the apartment to hang all your clothing items if you so choose.
About the rest of the space:
- You can go full on chef with a properly/fully stocked kitchen.
- The living room will have a variety of books: fiction, nonfiction, cooking books, etc. Or enjoy catching a show or movie on Netflix. The sofa will accommodate your reading or watching activity in great comfort. Live it up is what I say.
I should also mention the street where the apartment building is located is tree lined and generally offers ample parking. Fair warning: it's a fourth floor walk-up which I like to describe as my daily buttocks excercise, and is already included in the price... You're welcome. Equally great is the rooftop access, allowing you an even more expansive view of the NYC skyline as the sun goes down. If you are an early bird then you can catch the sunrise as well. Options are what's important here. Just know that you do this from the comfort of the living room.
The perks of the apartment's location is walking proximity to the G and J/M/Z trains, not to mention bus stops a block away that can take you to further into Brooklyn or up to the always hip Williamsburg and Greenpoint. There are also corner stores less than a block away, 24 hour laundromat, and a coffee shop (around the corner).
All that said, I must emphasize the proximity to Clinton Hill, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and Fort Greene where you can catch wonderful shows, be that theater or cinema, Bed-Stuy, and Brooklyn Heights.
Last but not least, please tell me a bit about yourself (line of work, reason/s for visiting) and who you're staying with, your length of stay, and we'll go from there.
It goes without saying, I'm happy to answer any and all questions you may have.
Thanks for looking.

•The closest train stop is the Myrtle-Willoughby Stop on the G line (green line). Once you arrive, you will be on the corner of Myrtle and Marcy. Walk towards Tompkins Ave and then make a right, Vernon Ave will be a block away. Once you enter the building walk to the fourth floor: 4D.
•Wi-Fi Network: labios Password: traigoganas
•There is a light above the kitchen sink that will help when washing dishes at night, or for mood lighting.
•If you have a cold drink while sitting on the sofa, please make sure to use a coaster on the coffee table to avoid stains. If you’re drinking wine, I ask you take extra care, especially while seated on the sofa.
•Please, no eating on the sofa. It’s a nice sofa and it would be ruined with any sort of food stain.
• There are two foldable chairs in the closet closest to the bedroom. There are also two additional stools right below the shelf in the living room.
•If you are asked where or who are are staying with, just tell them that you’re staying with me, Fernando, and that we’re friends. Some people can be nosy so just be kind and offer them that general response.
•All kitchen appliances are there for you to use. Please take good care of them and make sure you do the dishes after cooking. The pans can be placed under the rack face down, the glassware on either side of the kitchen sink and cookware in the tin canister. I will ask that if you use the knives, that you clean them and dry them after you’re done since they should not be left to dry.
•Recycling is big in the apartment building. Bottles and plastic should be separated from regular trash. You can use the plastic bags that are below the kitchen sink (on the right door). The bigger plastic bags are located in the trash can (below the currently used bag). These should then be brought down, outside the apartment and placed in the appropriate trash bins.
•You only need a little bit of kitchen soap to do the dishes.
•There is coffee on the top pantry shelf for the French Press; espresso (regular and decaf) is in the fridge for the moccha brewer/single brewer. Also, feel free to have tea if you prefer.
Apartment in General
•This is your place to stay. Please take care of it like you would yours.
•When not in the apartment, make sure to turn off all the lights, make sure windows are closed, etc.
• I’ve left a closet for you to hang your clothes. Please be respectful of my clothes and shoes in the other closet as those are off limits.
•The apartment is smoke free, I hope that is respected. However, if you do smoke you can do so by going out the rooftop and enjoy your nicotine there.
•Feel free to use the printer and the speakers in the bedroom. I only ask you keep the volume to a respectable level, especially at night since we want to respect the neighbors sleep. Also, it would not be good to have someone have to ask you to lower the volume.
•I ask that the bottles of spirits in the apartment be left alone. Ergo, hands off. Please.
•Once you’re ready to check out, please slide the keys under the door after you've locked the apartment. And hope you enjoyed your stay.
•Please, should there be any issues with heating, water, gas, electricity, internet, contact me immediately so we can resolve it promptly.

I live and work in NYC. Well, I live in Brooklyn and depending on work will commute to Manhattan or stay in Brooklyn.
Pretty relaxed and very respectful of my surroundings and people.
