I booked two days at this place because of the general good reviews, however i had to cancel the second night of stay and this is the message I sent to him explaining why we did..
The reason I am checking out early was not mainly because the bed is not a double as the picture shows, we did not move it because we didn't want to make noise on the wooden floor.
It is mainly because We both felt unwelcome and scared at the late night arrival yesterday night.
And I had already asked you if that was ok to come over late yesterday because of flight cancellation, if not we would find somewhere else to stay.
Since you have said yes we arrived late and at the door you only said fourth floor there was no light at all And we couldn't figure out how to get up. When we finally got up i expressed my apologies because of the late arrival and asked if you could turn the light on but you didn't respond and only pointed to the dark and said toilet, washroom and the bedroom.
We couldn't figure out where to turn the lights on and when we did and finally had a shower after staying in the airport for 16 hours the water was cold, and we heard footsteps hardly stepped on the wooden floors outside, we were not sure if it was you because we thought it was late at night and you wouldn't want to disturb your neighbours, there was no lock in the bathroom and i only heard that there was slamming of door and hard stumbling at the corridor, i waited till it's gone to sneaked back to the room.
we realised that you might be expressing anger towards us using the bathroom at night, that's why you were making noise with the floors. i slept with wet hair at the end feeling scared and unwelcome.
