Об этом жилье
In this 15 sqm room in Steglitz you find everything you need: a cosy bed (140cm), a sofa with view on the balcony & the sweet balcony with afternoon sun. In just 5min. you get to the vivid shopping street "Schloßstraße" & in 10min. to the Zoo
The room is cosy and bright. The window shows to the backyard, which makes the room very quiet, even if it's central. In the morning you can listen to the birds singing. ;-)
The room is equipped with a bed for 2 persons (140cm). Bed linen can be provided.
Furthermore, you find a cosy sofa in the room to relax from the exhausting day trips through Berlin, as well as other furniture as visible in the pictures.
You can store your clothes in a dresser.
The 2-room-apartment is shared with my very nice flatmate, a medicine student. Kitchen and bathroom will be shared. You'll find a washing machine, radio and WLAN in the apartment.
Общение с гостями
You will have your room and most of the apartment to yourself. My flatmate is very busy and often on the way. You will probably meet each other in the kitchen or infront of the bathroom; you can definitely ask for city trip advice. In your room you're totally undisturbed. Just close the door, if you want to be by yourself. ;)

Respectfulness for each other is the most important thing.
No parties, in respect for my working neighbors, and I mean, there are such great parties everywhere in Berlin, overtime, so why party at home? ;)
Please leave the kitchen/bathroom in "normal" clean condition after using.
Smoking and pets are not allowed inside. Smoking just on the balcony.
Если вы отменяете бронирование за 7 дней до поездки или раньше, то мы вернем 50% суммы бронирования. Если вы отменяете бронирование меньше чем за 7 дней до поездки, то деньги не возращаются.
I love to travel, get to know new people, places and try coffee everywhere I go. :) When ever possible I offer my home to others, so they can have a good time in Berlin.
It's great to stay at other people's places as a starting point to get to know a new area, instead of staying in an sterilized hotel room.
