most people are only in the apartment for a few days so we have the basics in the kitchen. I am always happy to bring extra items should you need it, sieve included, so not an issue as far as I am concerned.
As soon as I was informed about the Wifi issue, I called Virgin Media who informed us that it was an external problem or a problem with the hub, but resetting it wouldnt work. I cannot control when engineers come out and despite reminding them that we have guests they couldn't come till after the weekend. We now have a new hub.
With regard to the noise, obviously not all people are here on business and there are some guests who like to have drink and occasionally get a bit rowdy. I always try and speak to those involved if we know who's causing the noise, however I cannot ultimately control what they do.
