Hi Tom, I really appreciate your feedback and I'm sad to know that your first experience wasn't as great as I always try to make them for my guests.
As you said, communication wasn't an issue since I answered your messages quickly. So I'm asking myself why you didn't send me messages about your other concerns (iron board, oven, etc) . I don't live there, as I make everyone know in my ads, thus it is very important that we have good communication during the stay. I am a superhost because I truly care about my guests and their experience while at my house.
Many people use the oven and although we make an effort to maintain it clean, sometimes you may find it dirty. I could have asked my mother in law to clean the oven for you. With every other concern, I could've helped as well, only if I knew - the coffee machine, the towel, etc. The carpet is cleaned every 3 months. It was just cleaned in April, and it is scheduled to be cleaned again in the middle of July.
I took notes about your experience and I will improve my house for the next guests!
