Robert is a yoga teacher, zen priest, and certified personal trainer. Gina works at the University of Minnesota. She loves taking photographs and creating art in her spare time. We have lived in lower NE since 1994 and bought a home here in 2000. We love NE for its arts, food, beer, and bike culture.
Our house has many benefits: we are a 5 minute bike ride to downtown or 15 minutes on foot. We are also a short walking distance to the Mississippi River, Nicollet Island, and the beautiful Stone Arch Bridge. We are on several bus lines (#4, #6, #11, #17) to downtown, Uptown, and the University (or 15 minutes by bike). We are also walking distance to The Anchor restaurant, Dangerous Man Brewing, and Northeast Social, the arts district, and many shops, restaurants, and nightlife along East Hennepin Ave. and the Main St. riverfront.
