This stunning apartment is located in a secure building, situated just off Beach Road, in the heart of Sea Point, Cape Town.
The double volume flat is 1141 square feet ( 106 square metres ) and is located on the top floor. It is accessed via an elevator/ stairwell. It has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed downstairs and a king extra length upstairs. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

The upstairs bathroom comprises of a shower, basin and toilet. The bathroom downstairs comprises of a shower, bath, basin and toilet. Towels and other necessities are provided.

The living area is open plan with large glass doors leading out onto a spectacular balcony which is equipped with a gas braai (BBQ) facilities.
The dining and lounge areas are tastefully decorated with comfortable seating arrangements and look out onto Signal Hill/ Lion's Head and Table mountain. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a gas stove top and oven, a microwave, as well as built-in cupboards with pots, crockery and cutlery to make use of.

A large flat screen TV (55 inch) with fantastic surround sound system is available.

The accommodation is self-catering; and is conveniently located in walking distance from various shops, bars and restaurants - encouraging you to get out and explore.
The location of the accommodation will allow you to experience the wonder of the area on foot.
Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, Green Point Stadium as well as Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are all a drive away from the Piazza.

Public transport is easily accessible. Should you want to rent a car, or receive guests who are travelling in their own vehicle, there are 2 secure off-street allocated parking bays available (with plenty more in the commercial division of the building).

The apartment is ideal for guests looking for comfortable home-like lodging, close to an array of facilities.
Cape Town has a lot to offer and will definitely provide you with everything you need to have a great time!

The apartment is safe and secure with a key/fob system to get in and out.
Outdoor communal pool and parking is accessed by fob/entry disc.
Guests will receive two sets of keys and will have exclusive use of the apartment for the duration of their stay.

There is a 24 hour concierge and security.
I will meet you at the reception area on arrival to show you around and answer any questions that you may have.

The LTE router is a white square box that is sitting on the glass unit at the entrance to the apartment.
If there are any connectivity issues then please reboot by holding the first button on the top left if the router for 2 to 3 seconds.
Once all lights on the device are off then you can turn it on by holding down the same button for 2 to 3 seconds.
This should resolve the issue. If not then feel free to contact me on my mobile.

T.V.

Once the t.v. has been turned on with the silver samsung remote you can then access all internet based channels through the "smart hub" button.
Netflix will already be signed in to my guests account but you are welcome to log in with your own account.

WASHING MACHINE

After the washing machine has been turned please turn the dial to 30 minutes quick wash.
This is the preferred option due to Cape Towns water restrictions.
The option buttons to change temperature and spin are next to the on switch.
"Play" can then be pressed to start the machine.
Clothes rails are under the stairwell.

AIRCON UNIT

The aircon acts as a cooling and heating system.
The white samsung remote can be used to turn on the device. The 24000 BTU aircon will cool the entire apartment to 16 degrees Celsius or heat it to 30 degrees Celsius.

DYSON FANS.

There is a Dyson fan/air filter in each of the 2 bedrooms.
It is controlled by the small white remotes in the rooms.
Once turned on, one can choose the power options from 1 to 10. The fan has swivel options and a timer that can be set from 15 minutes to 8 hours.


KEYS/FOB

The reception area is manned 24 hours a day and entrance to the building is provided by security.
Guests will be left with 2 sets of keys which are needed to access the apartment.
The keys are hanging at the front door.
Parking is accessed with the grey parking fob. There is 1 free parking available to guests.
Parking is labeled under number 25.
Guests need to scan the fob at the boom entrance and again at the top gate on the 2nd floor. Scanning points are on the drivers side.


BRAAI/BBQ

The gas braai is as simple as opening the gas valve on the canister inside the braai and the turning the ignition knobs to the left while the lid is down

DISHWASHER

on button is circular. Once you see the red light one can then push the switch indicating 2 wine glasses. This is the correct cycle for dishes.

RUBBISH

There are 2 pullout bins in the far left kitchen cupboard. Once they are full, one can leave all rubbish packets on the 3rd floor behind the glass door in the large black bins. Spare rubbish packets are in the tray of the pullout bins.

The apartment is in Sea Point, on the Atlantic Seaboard, close to the beach and mountains. It's a trendy area with shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Public transit is close by. The promenade is great for leisurely walks, scenic jogs, and cycling.
