Bright room in a modern house with garden bordering park. In easy reach of the restaurants and bars of Crystal Palace, and the football stadium.
Ideal for work or play. If you have kids, there's an extra room for them too (please ask for availability before booking for 3).
I have a cleaner who comes every week, but this is a normal working family home, so if you're looking for a hermetically sealed sterile bubble, this is probably not the place for you. Otherwise, it'll be great to meet you!
This is a double room in a 5 bedroom house, with storage and space to work.
This quiet road next to a park is Ideal for a break, as a stop off on your way through London, or as a place to work, or crash while you're in the city.
The room is bright and airy. There's a bathroom right outside, and full wireless Internet connection.
I'm happy for you to use the kitchen, garden and the open-plan living area. If you're travelling with children, there's a separate single room available (just drop me a line and I'll let you know all about it).
If you've got any questions, please drop me a line right now.
You'll have full access to the open plan communal areas - the dining room, and living room. You can use the kitchen when you like,
The garden and patio are open to guests and make a great place for a BBQ or a glass of wine (and for those with children, there's a small playground within sight of the house). The garden backs onto a local woodland park, so it's regularly visited by squirrels, foxes, woodpeckers and surprisingly, even London's local parrots!
Come and relax.

I'm a writer and animator. This means I'm usually around to help with anything you need.
I've got two young children, who are sometimes around.
I've lived in South East London for over 20 years, so I know my way around the city pretty well, and I'd be happy to answer any questions you've got, and help in any way I can during your stay.
Please do not leave dead bodies in the cupboard.

I'm an animator and writer of children's books, so I work from an office in the garden, and I'm around most of the time. I've been living in South East London for 20 years now, and have a fairly good idea of my way around the city.
I'm fairly sociable, and I have two children so I'm aware of what's needed if you are travelling with kids.
I look forward to meeting you.
