The suite in addition includes free telephone to US and Canada, free high-speed wifi, in-room no charge washer and dryer, cooler, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, body boards, Play Station (PS4) with freely accessible games, etc, that guests are welcome to use, playpen (with sleeper, lights, soothing vibrations) and high chair (with various adjustable positions) for children up to 24 months old, 24 hour security, and is of course directly across from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. Taxes required currently by State of Hawaii is 13.962% of base rate (4.712% general excise tax and 9.25% transient accommodation tax), subject to change by the State. As of January 2018 the requirement will be 14.962% given the 1% increase in transient accommodation tax. Taxes are required to be paid 2 weeks prior to check-in. Also note regular check-in is between 4-9 pm. Any check-in between 9 pm to midnight is considered late check-in with a fee of $25, and after midnight is a fee of $50, paid to the property manager directly as they would need to make special arrangements.
