Respect for owner's private living space downstairs is requested.
Space in driveway only for 1 car - on street parking extremely limited due to beach area parking bans, with some exceptions.

Lua the Cat is in residence and occasionally wanders upstairs but is unlikley to do so when guests are in residence, from past experience. Closing bedroom doors during the day and at night will keep her out of your room. She will mostly stay with owner downstairs or be outside.
No central air: air-conditioning window unit in gueen bedroom only - not in small attic room - ocean breezes usually suffice, but if we hit a hot spell there are plenty of fans.
No kitchen access - no breakfast provided - suggest a visit to the French restaurant "PB Boulangerie & Bistro" just a 10 minute walk down the road.
Small "dorm" refrigerator provided upstairs + coffee-maker.
No smoking inside or outdoors.
Guests are expected to clean up after their stay - bathroom cleaning supplies provided - please leave the upstairs suite as you found it when you arrived.
Gigi is an arts management/fund-raising consultant who has lived and worked in Wellfleet full-time for the past 10 years. Her family bought the cottage in the early 1950's, although the present house is a new re-build in 2007. She is on the board of several local arts organizations, so can provide lots of unique information on galleries, restaurants, hikes/walks, shopping, theater and other special things to do on the Outer Cape. She is a cat lover and shares the house with a resident cat.
