This spacious apartment is located in the heart of Belsize Park, 2 minutes away from the quaint Belsize Village, it is 5 minutes walk from Belsize Park and Swiss Cottage Tube Stations. Located on the ground floor of a grand Georgian House with a concealed side entrance access is easy with no steps to climb. Easily spacious enough for 5 people (possibly 6) it is ideal for a family or a group of friends to share while visiting London and enjoying all it has to offer.

The studio comprises a large living room / bedroom with an additional 'Master Bedroom' area separated by a partition. The large window is facing the front garden of the house with greenery, and a fabulous view of the beautiful Georgian architecture of Belsize Park. In the bedroom area you will also find a large wardrobe for your clothes and an extra sofa which opens up into another sofa bed which sleeps one.
A desk and chair facing the window is great for catching up on some work if you need to.
In the 'living room' area there's an enormous corner sofa which also opens up as a double bed. It's ideal for lounging on at the end of long days out and about in London.
The flat screen TV in the living room is connected to Virgin TV, giving you access to hundreds of channels.
A vintage 1950's coffee table and a 100% wool Habitat rug adds to the comfort and cosiness of the apartment.
The bathroom is a white shower room with white ceramic tiles, a shower cubicle and toilet and sink. Lots of white luxurious cotton towels are provided for your comfort. Hot water is constant and the pressure is good.
The kitchen, which is in a separate space from the living room has a full set of pots and pans, an electric hob, a microwave oven, a toaster, a fridge and an electric kettle. It is large enough to also contain a small dining table and chairs which is helpful for breakfast or for feeding the children. This table can be brought out of the kitchen and opened up to allow more comfortable dining if required.
Close to the entrance is a small but clean and functional shower room where there's always plenty of hot running water.
The apartment is all yours to enjoy, any food in the apartment is there for your use.
Your bedding and towels will be put out for you, unless absolutely necessary, I appreciate it if guests do not use the extra bedding and / or towels in the cupboards as this is for us to use when preparing the flat for our nest guests.

I've been an Airbnb host for over five years now. I always try to meet my guests on arrival or shortly after, making sure you are happy with everything. I live close by and am available in minutes if any problem develops - very hands on.
A few days before your arrival I will send through to you a PDF document with all the information you need to access the apartment easily and independently. Unless there are problems or you would like to meet me, I do not always meet you but I am very present, communicating via Airbnb or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) to check that all is well and find out if there's anything I can do to ensure your visit is a perfect experience.

The flat is located in the ground floor of a very upmarket Georgian building. We ask that you do not smoke in the apartment or on the door step because the people living in the flats above are super sensitive.
You can play music but be considerate of others.
