The place is well-appointed with new appliances and quality linen. Everything you need is provided down to the smallest details - including washing powder, toiletries and dish soap! There is plenty of storage here with ample drawers and cupboard space. The kitchen has a standard size fridge and everything you need to cook meals. There is no kitchen sink, but a small tub provided me with washing facilities, allowing me to use the bench for either food preparation, cooking or dish washing. I am really impressed with the use of the space - it never felt too small for me.
I stayed in this studio for 3 months and lived very comfortably. It is close to Flagstaff and Chataqua trail heads for hiking, Alpine Modern coffee shop is a leisurely stroll away, and Pearl St is only 15mins easy walk away. You could easily stay here if you worked near Pearl St and never need transport. This area has a lovely feel to it - far enough away from the university not to be bothered by students yet close enough to the foothills that you get to experience the privilege of living close to nature.
Elizabeth could not have been more accommodating! Any issues I had were promptly responded to and attended to immediately. She not only ensured I was comfortable, but made an effort to welcome me to Boulder, sharing her knowledge of the area freely. I would definitely recommend this place for a leisure or business stay, and highly recommend Elizabeth as a host.
