This genuine mid-century modern flat dates from the late 1960s, and epitomises the style of that period: a continuous open floor plan, large horizontal windows, indirect soft lighting, abundant use of tropical hardwoods and flexible use of the available space.
In particular, the generous window layout, running the whole length of the flat, makes the guests feel as if they are floating above water. It is, in both sound and vision, a truly unique sensation.
Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars can be found within a 5-10 min walk. Sesimbra is famous for its fish and there are more seafood and fish restaurants than I could name here... Also, the nearby Hotel & Spa is equipped with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. For a more local (and arguably better) experience walk further westwards and you will find yourself at the heart of the village - were plenty of award-winning restaurants can be found. One excellent and affordable choice is Isaías, a local grill just 5 min away from the flat, at the intersection of Manuel de Arriaga and Afonso Henriques. It will not disappoint.

All rubbish MUST be taken out before check out and not left inside the flat.
Pets are not allowed unless specifically requested and discussed prior booking.
Upon check out, please close both balcony doors and shutters, and draw the window curtains. Also please turn all the lights off when not in the flat - it pays to be environmentally friendly, and it helps me keep prices low!
