Spacious open-plan riverside flat, with unique private balcony overlooking the river Isis and Folly Bridge.
Situated on an Island in middle of the Thames within the city centre of Oxford this unique living space contains a fully equipped kitchen including a brand new electric cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher and a dining table. There is also a writing desk and chair overlooking the river and bridge; a sofa couch (converts to a bed) and the flat has a good sized bathroom with bath/shower. The Double bed is separated from the main living area by a cream curtain and has a double glass door with direct views to the Folly Bridge – you can lie in bed and watch the water flowing past below you. Outside on the private balcony is a table with two chairs and a larger adjacent garden.
The island location is really special – surrounded by water, it is also only a few minutes walk from Christ Church College and Meadows. All local amenities are easily within reach including pubs, shops and local transport. City centre is 8 minutes’ walk away.
