Colorful, bohemian, art filled home just an 8 minute subway ride from NYC. Located in the hip "village" neighborhood of Jersey City. Jersey City is NYC's newest foodie destination and artist haven, home to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
About the space:
This apartment is a railroad style layout. There are no doors throughout the home except for the restroom and front door. There is a small backyard.
The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker. I also have a juicer which you may use if you request it prior to arrival. There is plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. You are free to use any spices or boxed, canned goods.
The bathroom is very cheerful! It does hold one of the only cons of the place as the water pressure in the shower is not very good.
The bedroom has a full size bed, a record player, lot's of books (mostly about science). The room has sort of a zen feel to it.
The front room is my creative/yoga room. I use it as an art studio and you are welcome to as well (so long as there is no mess). There is a desk and typewriter and collage materials. Mostly though it is empty for you to use as you wish. I recommend yoga in the morning when the sun streams in.
Общение с гостями
I will be reachable and will provide an additional contact person who can meet you in case the need arises.
Please be weary of sound, it travels up through the window shaft and the backyard is in close distance to many apartments. Please respect fellow building tenants.
