Located in the town centre of Ayvalik, Boutique Ayvalik Pension is just 150 metres from the sea. The pension offers rooms with free Wi-Fi in an Ottoman-style house with bay windows.
The rooms of Ayvalik Pension feature stone walls and wooden floors

Our oriel windowed house with 3 floors, 5 rooms and small 2 terraces is a typical Greek stone house which could serve 3 rooms for 2 with shared bathroom, 2 rooms for 4 with seperated bathroom. Surely this peaceful “living” house will leave some unforgettable memories. The house is decorated with vibrant colors, local curtains and beddings besides antique caftans.
Breakfast is served as homemade bread and jam, olive from the trees, fresh tomatoes and vegetables grew in the garden, local cheese assortments and essential natural olive oil.

Limitless internet connection is available to share the great moments with your beloved ones

Instead of air conditioner, a dashy propeller on the ceiling will hypnotise you.

We love animals and never abandon them from our lifes. But unfortunately we couldn’t take little animal mates into the house.

Pangaltı, the fairytale neighborhood of Istanbul, was formerly known as Pancaldi, which is an Italian name.
In the late 1800s, many members of the Levantine community that mainly consisted of Latins and Italians were running bakeries in this district. In Italian, “pani” means bread and “caldi” means warm, hence “Pancaldi”, the warm bread.
This historical building which was constructed in the 1900s is restored and revitalized in 2011.
PancaldiSuites are ready to host you with its historical touch and modern lines, making sure that you experience the aura of the old Istanbul.
