Your very own 2 bedroom retreat near the city center, perfect for your family getaway. Sheer intimacy combined with the comfort of a hotel.
· The apartment
An open plan living area with fully equiped kitchen. Bathroom with double sink and bath/shower. Seperate toilet.
In the children’s room we have a bunkbed that sleeps two and enough toys to keep the kids occupied for days. In the guest room you’ll find a queen sized bed and an optional cot (baby bed), might you need one. We'll even kick in a traditional futon to sleep on, just in case. Private veranda and canal view (Kostverlorenvaart). Plus all the amenities of a family home, including free wifi.
· Hotel Not Hotel
Pick up your apartment keys in the lobby of the adjacent hotel cum art gallery, have breakfast delivered right to your door step, rent a bicycle to roam the city or go for a night cap in the eclectic hotel bar.
· Parking and access
Free parking in the private parking garage for one car (in the world’s most expensive city to park your car!) and an elevator to get you to your apartment on the second floor.
· Things to do
Although in a quiet residential area, the secured apartment building is in close vicinity to the Vondelpark, Dam Square, museum and shopping district. I’ll be happy to share Amsterdam’s hidden gems: just ask!
Guests have access to the whole apartment.

We love our apartment, treat it as if it was yours. Please smoke outside. May we suggest using the private veranda?
We are a loving family of five and have been living in Amsterdam since 2004. When we leave the city to explore the rest of the planet, we occassionaly rent out our apartment to let others explore our beautiful city and enjoy the laid back feel of the Dutch capital. Especially during summer, Amsterdam has a lot to offer with a rich history dating back to the 12th century. Roam the city by bike, cruise the canals by boat or just kick back and relax in the recently renovated Vondelpark, Amsterdam’s main city park. With it’s food and music festivals, world famous museums, Red Light District, Artis Zoo, and more, you won’t get bored easily. I’ll be more than happy to help you plan your stay and get the most out of this vibrant city.
