Welcome home ;)
Beautiful, stylish, spacious and clean 1 Bedroom apartment nestled in the hills of Silver Lake. It's the ground floor in a graduated hilside four-plex, so really feels like your own house. Hardwood floors throughout, big bright kitchen, laundry, walk-in closet, separate shower and bathtub, ample street parking, lots of windows and morning light, views of the Lake, surrounded by trees, foliage, outdoor patios. In a charming small building with friendly neighbors. A perfect, peaceful location for artists, writers and professionals – but in walking distance of everything (trendy shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, the Reservoir jogging path and parks, etc.). Furnished but not crowded. Tempurpedic queen-sized bed. Clean linens and towels provided. TV (no cable), high-speed internet, equipped kitchen. Heating and air-conditioner.
Just a few things in quick walking distance: bus stop, La Mill Coffee, Yolk and other gift, home and clothing stores, 7-11, Reservoir jogging path, the Satellite (formerly Spaceland). Less than five minutes in the car and you're at Trader Joe's, Gelsons, CVS, pizza places, wine bars and craft beer joints, The Echo and so much more!
Guests have full use of all areas of the home and private outside patios. There is always plenty of street parking (no street cleaning / no timed zones = no tickets). Kitchen is equipped, all towels, linen and lots of extra goodies provided.

I am always available for guests to contact if they need anything. When I am traveling, I have a friend in the area who is also on-call for any guest requests or needs.
Другие важные подробности
I'm interested in connecting with great long-term (one month or more) guests. Preference for solo guests who will benefit from and contribute to the peaceful vibe and all-around charm :)
In general, I ask that guests respect the vibe of my home and surrounding community– it's quiet and respectful building with very friendly neighbors. Lots of artists and creative types but definitely not a party neighborhood. It's not the right spot for loud, late-night get-togethers. No loud noise levels after 10 p.m.
In that regard, the apartment is really ideal for one or two people, maximum. As the building is small and respect for my neighbors so important to me, this is not the right place for extra guests or kids.
We like to keep things very clean and tidy, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Absolutely no smoking. Pets are not allowed.
I'm a journalist, professional dancer and expert wanderer from L.A. I've lived in NYC, Spain, The Netherlands, Egypt and Dubai, and gigs often take me overseas. Spent years finding the perfect Silver Lake headquarters – I love it here and want my guests to feel at home and enjoy it as much as I do :)
