Wow. Where do we start. We don't have the time to respond to all these claims.... But heres a couple:
They said: "6 of the bedrooms are not private"
Answer: Several are bunk bed rooms! Really? The photos clearly show bunkbed rooms! Of course they are not private! They are bunkbed rooms!
But our summary is that from the second they arrived early and the homes were still being cleaned we were bombarded with complaints. We take each one very seriously. We sent two property managers within literally minutes when called to solve any issues. We were told some pillows were soiled and bar stools were wobbly, so we rushed 37 new pillows and brand new bar stools down to the home with in 24 hours to try and make them happy! Then, they complained about us bringing new pillows and bar stools during their vacation? It took 6 minutes. Wait, what?
We hoped for a "Thanks so much for doing this so fast. We've never seen such awesome service!" But instead they left a negative review.
We are not going to waste the time of "you" reading this trying to refute these crazy untrue claims, but suffice it to say there literally isn't any more we could have possibly done to please this client. In the end they wanted a discount on the next rental with us. That doesn't make sense. Read our other other reviews and you'll see these are million dollar beach front homes that have incredibly positive summaries! You can only achieve "Superhost" status if your reviews are awesome! We will do everything on our power to make your stay awesome!
