Comfort & Cleanliness is the mantra here.
The king bed will have you inclined to stay snuggled in. Locale makes it super fast & easy to get anywhere around town & Butler U's less than 10 min. walk!
Although Airbnb shows a separate listing for each bed, the total house allows friends & family to sleep up to 6 and there is a separate listing with separate pricing for those arrangements.
The main listings show the King bedroom and the queen fold out sleeping spaces only. The site you are looking at is the booking site for the king bedroom only.
All booking spaces available are:
One private room with king bed, nightstand cabinets w/storage space, TV, DVD, desk, closet, ironing cabinet, dresser & two sitting chairs.
A living room with queen fold-out, several seating spaces, TV, DVD, desk/chest of drawers/dressing table unit, luggage bench, hall trees for hanging clothes.
(this room is only available if the King bedroom is already booked).
Dining/sun room with twin fold out and a twin blow up mattress (website is hidden and only available upon special request).
There is a twin antique day bed in foyer available upon request.
There is also room for a twin platform bed in the queen fold out room.
This custom home has a cottage look with a much larger home "feel" to it.
You'll have everything at your fingertips, from bathrobes, hair dryer & flat irons to hook ups EVERYWHERE for electronics.
The main dining table is in the sun room and can expand to seat 12. Since the laundry is located downstairs in my private area, I provide laundry service at the minimum charge of $5 per load. (depending on your needs, length of stay, etc.). I provide bath robes for all guests & slippers can be made available.
The house is 1 & 1/2 blocks from the Butler University campus and is less than a 10-minute walk to Clowes Hall or a 5-minute ride.
There is a canal path at the end of my street that is graveled for pedestrians and cyclists and gives access to the Broad Ripple district in one direction and downtown Indy in the other direction. There is a paved "Monon Trail" within a mile that expands two counties, again for pedestrians and cyclists. My neighborhood is a very laid back area full of artists, musicians, naturalists, gardeners & academics.
The large bathroom is located across the hall from the guest bedroom and would be shared. The soaking tub is awaiting repair & is presently unavailable for guest usage but there is a semi-private shower w/toilet area opposite the sink/vanity area. Since the bathroom is shared, I have gone to great lengths to make it as convenient as possible, there is ample storage area in vanity for guests, as well as "travel baskets" for all your items should you choose to keep them with you in your room.
There is a spacious sunny kitchen which is fully equipped to include two microwaves as well as a dry pantry area for guest's food storage. There are multiple areas for dining such as the sunroom just off the kitchen, a two-seater sitting space in the kitchen, & the outside four top on the deck.
This home is about 1/2 mile walking distance to grocery, drugstore, restaurants, Starbucks, and more.
The house has concrete block behind the dry walls which means that it is nearly sound proof (friends have to call my cell phone from the driveway sometimes because a knock at either door can't always be heard), THAT'S called "quiet factor".
The back yard has a privacy fence and a dog run, most dogs will be welcome with an additional cleaning fee. There are
numerous decking areas with wicker outdoor furniture & grill
I have three bikes available, and will work with you about a deposit. A round trip to the airport, train or bus station is available for a pre=arranged "gas-donation". When I am available, I also chauffeur my guests on occasion for a minimal gas fee and it has worked out very well. There is bus transportation nearby AND blue car rental nearby (10-15 min. walk).
My goal, as your hostess, is to provide what is wanted and needed to make this experience delightful and customized just for you.
When guests make use of the entire house, there will be a $20 cleaning fee due at the time of departure.
For 7 or more days, there is a minimum of $50 cleaning fee, depending on the length of stay.

I am a "people person", & love interacting with my guests and equally enjoy a busy lifestyle as well as keeping to my own lower level living quarters. I am available 24/7 by text or phone to my downstairs office & bedroom, or where ever I may be. The majority of my guests have not wanted more than a cup of tea or coffee, so I took "breakfast" off my amenities and lowered my nightly price by $10. Please know when possible, I will be more than happy to make sure you don't go hungry and will gladly accept a donation to my "pantry fund" at your discretion. I have fixed it all, from continental breakfast to full course dinners for guests that had been traveling non-stop and arrived in the middle of the night famished. If I have it and you need it, I will share it.
Другие важные подробности
My dog, Miss Manna, is a 10 lb mini doxie that stays with me wherever I go. Even my most sensitive friends claim she is one of the few dogs they can be around without any allergic reaction. She is quiet, friendly, & well mannerly.
The soaking Tub is temporarily unavailable until repairs are done. The shower next to the tub IS available for bathing.
No Smoking anywhere on the property. Small, house broken, well behaved dogs welcome. Other pets will be considered. Cleaning fee will be customized according to each visiting pet.
Please note, this is not a handicap-friendly home. There are two porch steps with no railing and a toilet/shower area that does not allow room for a wheelchair or walker.
