Enjoy its panoramic lounge with a stunning 180C ° view (very rare in the heart of Milan), its modern shower-room, its brand new design kitchen and its comfortable king size bed.
For your well-being, it is equipped with every comfort: high-speed wi-fi internet connection, centralized heating (from mid-October to mid-April) / air-conditioning (from mid-June to mid-September), flat screen TV set, washing machine and dishwasher. You will also find all you need to cook a good pasta and linen.
Please note that our VIP service comprises a daily assistance if necessary and final cleaning of the flat and that the building has a concierge service 8:30AM to 4:30PM (mon-fri) and three elevators.

- Cleaning: The apartment will be given cleaned prior to your arrival. When leaving, you are required to leave the apartment in good conditions.
HOLIDAY LETTING RENTAL CONTRACT (Contratto di locazione di immobile ad uso esclusivamente turistico).
Le parti convengono espressamente che il presente contratto è esclusivamente una “Locazione ad uso abitativo per finalità turistiche” ai sensi dell'articolo 1, comma 2 lett. c), della legge 9 dicembre 1998, n. 431, dall'articolo 1571 e seguenti del Codice Civile e dall'art. 53 del Codice del Turismo, D.Lgs. 79/2011. Non vengono forniti servizi alla persona, quali la pulizia giornaliera della casa, gli asciugamani, le lenzuola e le tovaglie. Il canone pattuito comprende pro-quota le spese condominiali, le spese per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti, l’accesso a Internet, e le utenze domestiche.
