Hello Ruud. You are actually the first person that couldn’t find the house, we never had this problem before, I have rented the house more than 100 times and I promise that this is the very first time someone couldn’t find it ( or another review would mentioned it but this is not the case). You forgot to mention that I sent someone in less than 5 minutes to get you and bring you to the house. Also maybe you don’t remember but I waited for you 3 hours and you never arrived at the time you told me . I’m sorry if I couldn’t wait longer but I think is understandable that after 3 hours I had to leave. I always answered your questions and doubts within a minute and I was there for you 24/7 to help when you asked me to. Also As soon as you left I went to the house and the hot water was working perfectly well and the WiFi as well ( again I never had this problem as you can see in the other reviews) I believe you never turned on the switch like I explained, because when I got to the house the switch was off. I’m truly sorry for the bad luck, but I promise I did my best and as I explained on the phone my main priority is your happiness, comfort and well being while staying in our Beach house.
