Ground floor: open area incorporating kitchen, washing machine is shared, dining area and lounge, in the lounge a double sofa-bed. The bathroom is on the ground floor.

First floor: 2 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds (1 futon) an extra bed is available if needed.

Shady garden 60m2 with porch area incorporating a summer kitchen. A barbacue is also available.

Casa Lluisa in the heart of the Empordà, a county known for its gastronomy, Celler Can Roca (restaurant voted nº1 in the world 2014), Girona is only 25mins by car. You will discover beautiful medieval villages and an abundance of different activities from riding in a balloon to scuba diving.

Camallera is a small village with 500 inhabitants offering a traditional bakery (bread is baked in a wood fed stove)l, supermarket, 2 butchers, organic greengrocers, 2 restaurants, 5 bars, delicatessen, church all are within easy walking distance of the cottage (300m).

There is a train service from Camallera to Girona, Figueres, Vilájuiga, Llança, Colera, Por Bou, Cerbere, Barcelona and the French border.

The swimming pools at Vilopriu are a 10 minute drive and the beaches of the Costa Brava 15 minutes.

In the countryside, very quiet, close to the beaches (Sant Martí d' Empúries, Sant Pere Pescador, L'Escala, l'Estartit, Pals, Begur) and other places of cultural interest (Pals, Ullastret, Torroella de Montgrí, Peratallada, Sant Martí d'Empuries). Spacious, comfortable with lots of light and peace. Combine the tranquility with the possibility of practicing sports such as golf, walking tours or cycling, water, sports. Also sampling the variety gastronomic offers in the region.

According to the European regulations (directive on 2011/83/EU) on consumer rights, accommodation contracts do not have the right to withdrawal. Art. 16 (l) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive contracts relating to the provision of accommodation are exempted from the right of withdrawal if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Guests will be required to sign a reservation contract
NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF GUESTS - Once the reservation has been made, the client will provide the personal data of all the guests (name, gender, date of birth, identity card / passport number and nationality). We will provide this personal data to the National Police in order to comply with the Article 12.1 of the Organic Law 1/1992 about the protection of citizen security.
The amount for the reservation will be increased by a tourist tax
On bookings where you have paid the security deposit through an external payment platform, CBA will ask the person making the booking for their credit card details.
On entering the property, you have 8 hours to report any incident that you consider relevant. Once this has been exceeded, CBA will assume that the property is in perfect condition.
This Security Deposit is fully refundable provided the following provisions are met:
No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to illegal activity or pets.
All debris, rubbish and discards are taken and thrown into the municipal rubbish bins, dishes are cleaned and stored in cupboards, dishwasher is empty, fridge freezer is empty and clean, sheets and towels are folded and left at end of each bed, surfaces and floors are clean.
All keys are left IN THE SPECIFIED LOCATION and PROPERTY is left locked.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
No linens or towels are lost, stained or damaged.
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
BREAKAGES - You will be expected to pay for any breakages and these should be reported to the owner of the property.
In summer arrivals between 16.00 - 21.00rs and departure before 10.00hrs. Outside of summer times are flexible.
We do not accept arrivals later then 21.00hrs
Pets 12€ per night. Please advise if you intend to bring a pet. Maximum 1 pet per stay.

Hem passat unes vacances inoblidables a la caseta de Camallera. La casa és molt maca i acollidora (millor que a les fotos). Els propietaris han estat molt amables i atents amb nosaltres. Totalment recomenable! I tornarem segur!

La descripción de la casa corresponde al 100% a lo que nos encontramos. No le falta detalle y todo esta cuidado y limpio a la perfección. Tuvimos un problema con la hora de llegada, y nos esperaron para la entrega de llaves. Nos recibieron con un detalle de productos de la huerta muy sabrosos. En todo momento pendientes de nosotros. 100% Recomendable!!!

Costa Brava Apartment. We are small and operate from the small village of Camallera, Girona, renting out holiday homes both on the coast and inland. We know all of the owners personally, have visited all of the properties on our web site and we are in continual contact with the owners.
We offer apartments on the coast. Villas and country houses inland. The majority of our houses have private swimming pools and large gardens.
As a client you will be renting the property directly from us. We are available to answer any questions about the property and the area, eliminating any difficulties or language problems you may have to face if dealing directly with the owner.
We handle you booking process from start to finish and organize the necessary arrangements for your arrival. We are always available either by phone or by email.
