This home was completely remodeled from top to bottom in 2015/2016 and is a very spacious 1,150 square foot bungalow with an open floor plan, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect... the home is just outside of Uptown Charlotte, just 1.5 miles from Bank of America Stadium!
This bungalow sleeps up to 6 guests as follows:
- Master Bedroom: Queen Bed
- Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed
- Living Room: Full Sleeper Sofa (has a 2" memory foam topper for added comfort)

This home is great for business travel, tournaments and conventions, weekend stays and is set up well for singles, groups or families.
Guests have access to all areas of the property. The home has a keyless deadbolt providing guests with the ability to check in and out at their convenience. Guests will be given a guest-specific code for the deadbolt and the home security system on the day of check-in.

The home is equipped with a security system to which guests will be given a guest-specific code for arming and disarming the system during their stay.
Guests staying one month or more will be assessed a full cleaning fee every 2 weeks as the cleaning service will perform a thorough cleaning every 2 weeks. On days the cleaning service comes, the home should be picked up so it can be adequately cleaned.
I provide guests with toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and body wash; paper products including paper towels, toilet paper and tissues; and cleaning products including dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, etc. I will provide enough supplies to accommodate a stay of up to 2 weeks. Guests staying more than 2 weeks are responsible for replenishing these products for their use for the remainder of their stay.
No pets. No loud parties. No smoking (including marijuana, which is illegal in NC). If there is any evidence of pets or smoking in the home, guests will lose their entire security deposit. Smoking is permitted on the back deck, but please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.
Please keep the noise down and be respectful of the neighbors.
Please do not set the thermostat to extreme temperatures or leave the doors open when the air conditioning or heat is on.
Please do not park on the planting strip, sidewalk or any part of the front lawn. Cars should be parked in the driveway so as not to block the sidewalk. Parking on the lawn or on the sidewalk is a code violation in the City of Charlotte.
Upon checking out, I ask guests to perform check-out instructions included in the "Welcome Book" kept on the kitchen counter to assist with getting the house ready for the next guests including collecting soiled linens, trash and dirty dishes and starting the dishwasher. I will leave a negative review if guests do not perform check out instructions.
I absolutely love being an Airbnb host. While hosting guests does provide much needed extra income, hosting has also become a hobby for me.
