The Hayloft is a spacious luxury four bed apartment with balcony and great countryside views in newly converted outbuildings in the grounds of our 17th century stone farmhouse home. Its tranquil but convenient location, in 30 acres of farm land between Chipping Campden and Broadway and just a mile or so outside the village of Bretforton, means it's ideal for couples or friends seeking a peaceful country break.
The Hayloft is suitable for sleeping a maximum of four people. We do not accommodate children under the age of 12, including infants.
Minimum three night booking midweek, two nights weekends.
Preference is given to weekly bookings starting Friday, Sunday or Monday though other bookings will be considered so please enquire.
The Hayloft at Saintbury Grounds Farm is a first floor apartment with 2 bedrooms (one kingsize, one twin), a bathroom, a huge open plan living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer.
It has a large digital TV and Bluray/DVD player, iPod dock clock/radio, two comfy sofas and a big farmhouse table and chairs.
There's a great south west facing balcony with fabulous views over the garden and surrounding fields all the way to the Malvern Hills, perfectly positioned for enjoying sunny afternoons and stunning sunsets.
With 30 acres of private grounds to explore and footpaths galore leading straight from the door, it's a great place to experience the countryside at its best.
The sloping roofs add character whilst the rooms remain light and airy as the main ceiling is nearly 8ft high. Guests tell us that the Hayloft is much larger than the photos suggest.

If you're thinking about booking five nights or more, it's often cheaper to get a price for a week as the way the Airbnb weekly discount system works means it can show a higher price to stay for 5 nights than to stay for 7. Just let me know your intended arrival and departure days in your covering message.
Situated at the northern tip of the Cotswolds and just a few miles from the start of the Cotswold way, there's a plethora of local footpaths, bridleways and cycle paths leading through magnificent scenery to some of the prettiest villages the area has to offer. We keep a small herd of rare breed sheep and the grounds are a haven for birds and wildlife. Just 30 minutes' drive from Cheltenham Racecourse, we're also an ideal base for racing enthusiasts.
The Hayloft is one of three holiday properties set within newly converted outbuildings close to our 17th century Cotswold stone farmhouse. Although all completely separate and self contained, the Hayloft, Dairy and Byre are located in the same group of buildings. Combining a character exterior with comfortable, contemporary interiors, they can be booked separately or together for groups of up to 8 people. Although it only sleeps a maximum of 4, the Hayloft can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests for eating and relaxing so you can book in combination with our other properties or B&B rooms, allowing everyone to eat and relax together before going to separate properties to sleep.
We have two other holiday properties here. The Byre is a warm and welcoming duplex with its own patio overlooking fields whilst the Dairy is a substantial open plan loft-style barn conversion. The B&B rooms in the farmhouse are also large, comfortable and full of character. All are perfect for romantic breaks or country retreats for two.

We keep a herd of rare breed sheep and are surrounded by working farmland so there's a bit of farm noise at times.
We try to respect our guests' privacy and expect our guests to do likewise as well as treat our home with respect. It's a great place for a quiet weekend or enjoying the best the countryside has to offer, it's not the place to party.
Wifi internet access is subject to terms and conditions relating to reasonable and responsible usage, and can not be guaranteed to be available at all times.

Apologies for the length of the house rules but every rule relates to a situation that has arisen in the past so it's always best to clarify things up front to avoid misunderstandings or disappointment!
The Hayloft is suitable for sleeping a maximum of four people only. The sofas can not be used as beds.
Because of the nature of the property, we can not accommodate infants or children aged 12 or under.
Our minimum stay is 2 nights at weekends, and 3 nights midweek or over bank holidays. Arrival days for instant booking are Friday, Saturday or Monday but we can often accommodate other days so if you want to arrive on any other day, please send a booking enquiry. Arrival time is 3pm to 9pm, departure is before 10am.
If you have booked for one or two guests, only the bed in the double room will be made up. If you have booked for 3 guests, the bed in the double room and one of the beds in the twin room will be made up. If you have booked for 4 guests, all beds will be made up. Please let me know when booking if you require anything different.
Please confirm with me in advance if you wish to have any visitors whilst you are staying at the property.
The number of guests staying must be equal to or less than the number of guests booked - additional guests cannot stay unless agreed in advance, and will result in the correct (higher) nightly rate being applied to your whole stay regardless of how many nights the extra guest/s stayed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Because we are a working farm, we are unable to accommodate any pets. Please ensure that if you have any visitors during your stay, they do not bring pets with them, either into the property or on our grounds.
Parking is for a maximum of two cars only. Please check in advance if you wish to bring any other kind of vehicle eg commercial vehicle, van, trailer, motorbike etc.
Please treat our home, grounds, animals and other guests with respect and leave the property clean and tidy when you go. This includes removing food debris from surfaces and floors, washing up, drying and putting away all kitchenware you have used, and emptying the bins.
