Beautifully light & airy flat in period house in London's West Kensington, moments from the tube. The world-famous Queens Club is just a few minutes stroll away, and a short bus/tube hop gets you to South Kensington museums, Fulham bars or Westfield shopping!
A stunning, light and airy flat with original wood floors, 2.5m ceilings and floor to ceiling windows opening onto a balcony. Neutral decor with splashes of quirky, fun colour. The living room also has a sofa bed, so you can squeeze in an extra person or two if you wish (squeeze, mind...). The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom is clean and modern.
The property backs onto the tube, but with double glazing, it shouldn't trouble you.
*PLEASE NOTE - GUESTS WITH VERIFIED ID ONLY: PLEASE DO SO BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING ENQUIRY*
Compact and fully self-contained, this flat is on the first floor of a converted Victorian house. It is accessed from stairs via a communal hallway. Upon entering the communal hallway, walk ahead and straight up the short flight of stairs in front of you. You'll arrive on a mezzanine level with a padlocked door in front of you. Turn to your right and walk up another short flight from the mezzanine level. The entrance to the flat is the white door on your left.
Please note, that due to the balcony, the property isn't suitable for young children.

Keys can be collected from me and I'll usually be able to provide access to the flat between 11am and 1pm on the day of your arrival. Alternatively, they can be left at a safe, mutually convenient spot. I don't live locally so we'll need to liaise by mobile on your precise arrival time so neither of us has to hang around too long. But I'll try to be as flexible as I can - and there are decent coffee shops nearby to lurk in if either of us needs to for a bit! I'll make sure you know where everything is too (whether its the hot water control, the chopping board or the local pub!) before I leave you to it!
Другие важные подробности
There is currently no WiFi supplied in the flat, but you can easily log into a local BT Fon network and pay by the hour, day or week (about £20 for 5 days). A couple of local coffee shops also have free Wifi, or there's a lovely gastro pub about a minute's walk away that has free WiFi, great burgers (w/ onion rings!) and a half-decent winelist. Oh, and a theatre in the basement!
As a flat in a converted period property, you'll need to respect the neighbours and keep the noise down between 8pm and 8am. But they are a friendly bunch if you do. No smoking anywhere in the building and no pets please. Please also note the property has a balcony. It's fantastic for adults to enjoy when the sun is shining, but it means the flat is not suitable for little ones.
