Luxury 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom self catering apartment in De Waterkant, located right next to Cape Quarter, situated in a safe and secure building with concierge and basement parking.


Welcome to this modern open plan 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom holiday apartment, situated in the heart of De Waterkant – surrounded by restaurant, shops and the Cape Quarter, also within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront and the City Centre.

The lounge and bedroom opens up towards the balcony with big sliding doors from where you can enjoy stunning Table Mountain views. The balcony is equipped with 6 seated dinning table, two sun chairs and umbrella. There’s a second balcony on the unit with even better mountain views with lounge and coffee table.

The open plan granite kitchen is equipped with oven/ hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and a fridge/ freezer. Also comes with the full range of crockery and cutlery.

The living room consists of a dinning area with 4 seated dinning table while the lounge is equipped with large corner couch, plasma equipped with DSTV.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed with separated shower and bath in the en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and en-suite with shower only.

You cannot fault the location of this spacious apartment. The views from both balconies are incredible too. We stayed here for four nights in early November but ended up sleeping on the couch every night as there was no air conditioning or fan in the bedroom. (The couch was extremely comfortable, though, so was no issue). We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay back here for sure!

Great location, walkable to restaurants and bars. There is a market close by where you can pick up any necessities. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the views of Table Mountain. Check-in process was simple, but you'll need to be able to text/call when you land. Overall a definite recommendation--book this place!

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for the two of us. It has two rooms (and two bathrooms) with a double bed and two single beds so ideal for a family or two couples if need be. The location is really ideal - close to the city and loads of restaurants and coffee shops around the Cape Quarter. Enjoyed our stay which was half for work and half for leisure.
