We do apology there was missunderstanding between the staff, operator and you as a guest. Actually as a last minute booking you've come without a confirmed booking yet, the staff reception suggest you to take the available room certainly with direct payment. After you've checked in the operator accept your booking via Air BnB as a mistake. We have tried to cancel but the Air BnB system refused it untill the departure date. We have contacted the "Air BnB Support" to cancel the booking via Air BnB and refund the payment so the problems solved. Again, we do apology for any inconvenience happened to you and make sure it will not happened again to next traveller. We will fix everything messed, maintain service and develope facilities.
