Thank you for taking the time to review us. We do regret that you did not enjoy your stay as expected. Unfortunately the group in question had booked in April already and you had booked the last room available. We were unable to provide you with another room. Please note that none of the rooms are provided with hot water in the sinks as the gas lines do not allow it. We regret that you misunderstood about the windows. Nowhere is it stated that windows are not allowed to be open. We advise guests to not leave windows open when they are not in the rooms and we also advise guests to keep shutters closed if they would like to sleep with windows open. If you do decide to visit us again, may we suggest our Royal suites, which are en suite and private.
