We booked this house for a bachelors party of 12 people and stayed for 5 days.
The house, rooms, equipment and pool were absolutely fine. Nothing to complain about really. In my opionion, everything was clean. The beds were comfortable and everything was well equipped.
The location was average. There are not many neighbors and we were able to party, listen to loud music and enjoy ourselfes.
The house is located in an unpaved road and does not even have a proper address. I was told this is quite normal in Ibiza. It was not very easy to get a taxi, because we had no address and on the main road, which is 5-10 minutes walking distance, there were not many taxis passing by. After 10-15 minutes walk there was a roundabout which had a name, and we were able to call taxis to that location. It was not so easy, but it worked every day and night. We always made it to the clubs and back. In same cases it took a little longer, but it always worked. But you guys should be aware of that.
When we arrived, the Manager of the house made us sign a contract, although everything was already booked and confirmed on Airbnb. When asking "Why do we need an additional contract?", no sufficient answer was given. We thought whatever.
She told us the house owner will clean the pool every morning at 8 AM. We really didn't like that, because NOTHING was in the pool. It was always clean. He came every morning to CHECK what happened in the night and to supervise us. We really did not like that.
During our stay we were clean and did not break anything of value. The only thing was: One cheap chair fell down the stairs and broke. They contacted us afterwards and told us, that this chair is no longer on sale and hence they must buy two of them, because there were two of a kind and they must match. They wanted 160 EUR from us for two cheap chairs. I found similar chairs online on (URL HIDDEN) for 14 EUR per piece. Of course we were willing to pay the broken chair, because it was definitely our fault - but we did not want to pay the second chair and especially not 160 EUR. Its not that much money, but we felt exploited, because this price was a rip-off. We agreed on paying one chair and 50% of the second.
Communication was good, but those three problems mentioned were negative.
In general I would not recommend this house. I would recommend it if they would not make you sign a contract and if the owner would not come by every morning. That was really disturbing.
If you want to avoid having trouble getting a taxi, you should try finding something closer to a village or city. Thats just my personal opinion. For the price it was good though.
