The location was perfect! Easy to walk to a ton of restaurants and bars. The place was nice. There is one queen sized bed and one twin sized bed, so it's probably better for a group of 3 -- we stayed with another couple and the twin bed was a little cramped for them. The condo has a kitchen with a fridge, microwave and a Keurig with lots of coffee. The living room is open to the bedroom with a bookshelf as a divider. That was fine for us, but for parties that need more privacy, that may be something to take into consideration. There is one bathroom down the hall beside the second bed -- it was fine for us, but again, for people that want more privacy, that would be something to consider. It was pretty chilly when we visited, and the heaters pretty quickly heated up the space. Parking was scarce, but we never got ticketed in metered spots over the weekend, and the gallery across the street is closed on the weekend, so you can park there also.
Soulshine and Midtown Tavern were definitely the 2 notable places we ate. Both were within walking distance and didn't have a wait. Michael is really easy to contact with any questions. He replied to us within 5-10 minutes when we asked about parking, so he is very available to his guests! We had a blast, and would definitely return.
