Hi Anna, I always say at my guests to contact me for any informations or problems because I like find the solutions for help you to enjoy your holidays as better as possible. Like in the AirBnb description, I'm always available 24h on 24h and 7days on 7days for help you and give you one 360°, 5 stars service. Plus I ask every time in the end of your holidays your feedback about the apartment and if you have some advice for improve it.
But you didn't told me these things.
About the smell, don't worry nobody had smoked inside the apartment, if you felt something small inside the second small wardrobe in the corridor, maybe, it come from one plastic protection cover. This small plastic protection is very usefull in case if you want put your suitcases inside the wardrobe. If you don't need this protection, I was immediately ready to remove it because is very easy to remove it like "plug and play".
About the internet service unfortunatley the storm in one town next to our city made some problem with the internet signal, but (when you called me at 22.45 pm) I called immediately the Internet company, becouse my contract is like a "business class" and my guests need to use Internet, the company provided in the quickest time to fix the problem, in fact after (around) 45 min, the Internet service was available!
About the "new energy system" I have improved it, from when I saw your feedback on AirBnb, now the fridge it is always turned on, (if you had told me about that problem, I was ready to fix it in few minutes).
In the house if someone want stay inside and anotherone want to go out, is not necessary remove the keys, because is possible ring the bell and open the gate and the door by the entryphone like every other house. If you check in the AirBnb's options this interphone function is available in this apartment. Why you didn't ask me that?
In the end about the Air Conditionig... it was too strange, becouse it is the new most advance system in the world's market, nobody had a problem with it, I also asked the feedback of the guests before you. When i read the remote controller I understood why you felt hot!
You made a mistake, you selected by the remote controller the modality Dry/Hot Auto, because I find the remote controller on the Winter programs!
