Great 70 qm loft on two floors located in a dead end street in Ehrenfeld. Great view on a garden plot. Two double beds available. Subway station Leyendeckerstr. with direct line to the Cologne exhibition/Köln Messe and city center.
The 70 m2 loft is located on the top floor and divided into two floors. On the first floor there is a 180 cm sleeping mattress in circle shape + a baby bedside cot. On the second floor there is a double bed 140 cm. The sleeping opportunities are each "open" and not separated by own rooms.
The loft is light-flooded, and is located in a quiet dead-end street with a gorgeous view on a garden plot and the city of Cologne.
Surface low wooden windows, roof light windows, wooden balks + stairs and the open kitchen all are part of creating the wonderful country house feeling. The roof deck has an integrated wooden bench for an appetizer.
Grocery options you find at the Lenauplatz, 5 min by foot.
If you take the subway line 3 or 4, stop Leyendecker Str. after 5 stops you are at Friesenplatz/Cologne city center. The line 3 and 4 brings you directly to Köln Messe.
My name is Annie, I am from Cologne, Germany, but born in Sweden, which I love to mention because I am a huge fan of Scandinavia;-). Each summer I spend some days there visiting my partents in their summer vacation.
They moved back to Germany when I was a little child. Besides of Scandinavia each type of acitivity sport is something you can catch me with - I wakeboard, play tennis, run. On the agenda now is kitesurfing and sailing.
So as you can see, I enjoy being outside! And since I work in the film industry as a Sales Manager, film belongs to my life for many years; one of the films impressing me most within the last years is Julian Schnabel's "Butterfly & Diving Bell" film. And then I enjoy being with my friends, travelling with them in Europe and beyond and having a good, good time!
