Bright, fun and relaxing two bedroom, 2nd floor apartment with distant sea view, located in Hove, a historic seaside town only 50 minutes by train to London and 30 minutes from Gatwick International Airport. Sleeping up to 6 people, this holiday apartment is just 400m to the seafront with the beautiful Promenade and Brighton's Palace Pier within walking distance.(30 min stroll) Blatchington Road with its many shabby chic furniture, vintage clothing and charity shops is minutes' away along with a great selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs along Church Road. If getting close to nature is your passion then take a trip to the South Downs, a 15 min drive, and go on one of the many scenic walks in Devils Dyke which is even better enjoyed when visiting one of the country pubs for lunch or a quiet ale. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of central Brighton, but yet close enough for such events as conferences, concerts and events taking place in Brighton. Whilst you are not in the centre of Brighton's chaos you are in easy access to it by foot, bus, train & cab. It is the perfect home away from home for a family or friends to get away and enjoy all that Brighton & Hove has to offer.
You will have access to entire flat. There is a covered space for 2 bicycles on the front porch. There is a communal entranceway and the flat is entered from the first floor.

I have provided a trolley bag for groceries or getting your gear down to the beach as well,as cooler bags, ice packs, beach chairs, beach windbreak and plastic crockery, glasses and cutlery for those evenings you my like to BBQ on the beach.
There are only 2 other flats in this Conversion property which are both occupied by families with young children. This is definitely not a party house and I would ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 11pm. There are 2 front doors to enter building which must be KEPT CLOSED at all times. There is NO SMOKING in the front of the building or in the flat at anytime. There is however a small landing off the flat 2nd bedroom where you can have a cigarette. PLEASE DO NOT FLICK BUTTS, there are children who play in the garden below.

I live in Central London with my husband, children and our dog. We go to the theatre, take walks in the Park and travel overseas frequently. We also love to eat, so experiencing the many different restaurants that our neighbourhood and London has to offer has become a hobby for our family. We all love to read, watch films, ski and take advantage of that next new experience.
