TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The general booking conditions apply after placement of a bookingorder in person, by phone or email.
You will receive an email booking confirmation after credit card p(URL HIDDEN) case you have no credit card, the message contains the payment data.
We kindly ask you to respect the apartment and the area.
The rented apartment must be occupied by the guest and his fellow guests with care and diligence, taking into account the tranquility of the area.
The main guest is liable for his / her fellow guests or for damage caused, even if they are detected after departure. When hidden damage after the departure of the main guest is identified, he / she will have to resign themselves to the verdict of the owner. To avoid these situations, it is important to have a last checkup of the apartment with management , before leaving.
The apartment house rules are inextricably part of the rental agreement and therefore should be strictly adhered to.
The guest must ensure that he causes no disturbance to other guests.
It is requested not to move furniture such as beds, and cabinet. This often leads to damage to walls and furniture. The sofa bed is the only furniture that can be moved.
It is only permitted to barbecue in the garden at a designated area, using the available BBQ facilities, without inconvenience to other complex occupants.
It is forbidden to use the apartment to organize parties, in order to ensure the quality of the apartment. Small gatherings may be permitted in the conference room or the pool-cabana, contact front desk.
It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
The guest is required to be insured for damage to third parties (family insurance).
Elementz Apartments cannot accept liability for any loss, theft, damage or injury of any kind caused to guests in the apartment or in the garden.
Errors or mistakes in the description or prices of the accommodations do not bind Elementz Apartments. The (price) information in the confirmation letter is leading.
EA can not accept liability for damage caused by natural disasters, nuclear disasters, attacks, strikes, violence and coming into contact with an aircraft or parts thereof.
It may happen that there’ll be workers near your apartment, for example construction. You will understand that we can not accept responsibility for any noise before 22.00u. We cannot halt such work, but we’ll try to do everything possible to minimize the inconvenience as much as possible.
3.The phonenumber of EA's management, but also EA's general telephone number is present in the guide in your apartment. If necessary, you can always contact one of these numbers.
4.Maximum number of people
The apartment description mentions the maximum number of people allowed to stay in the holiday apartment. This number (including all sleeping guests) cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. If exceeded, the rental agreement is legally considered as dissolved and the access to the apartment refused without entitlement to a refund of the rent.
Children under 12 are not counted as a full paying person and no additional fees will be charged when using existing bedding.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
6.The end of the stay / Cleaning
The rented apartment must always be tidy after your stay. We ask you to broomclean the house, which means everything put back in place, emptying trash and wastepaper baskets, cleaning up countertop and put the clean dishes in the cupboard. In short, the apartment should be tidy when you leave.
If the apartment is in such a state that we are not coming around with the preconceived cleaning hours, then the owner has the right to charge extra cleaning hours and this for $ 50, - per day. This amount is deducted from the deposit if necessary.
Please close the windows and doors at departure and turn the air conditioning off, to prevent energy loss.
7.Bath- en bed linen and must be left unstained. For guestlaundry please use our self service washer / dryer.
8. Arrivals and departures
Please respect the arrival and departure times.
Arrival time: The holiday apartment is available from 14.00 pm on the day of arrival. Nighttime Arrival is possible through the security at no additional fee. Requesting a front desk officer at after hours can be arranged at an additional cost of $ 15.
Departure time: the apartment is at your disposal until 11:00 on the day of departure.
The deposit is intended to reimburse any accidents or damage and is $ 50 . Prior to your stay, the inventory will be checked and you'll sign for acceptance.
Complaints regarding the inventory and existing damage will be accepted until 4 hours after your arrival. This should be reported to the management.
When the apartment is left in good order with no damage, breakage or disappearance of stuff found, your deposit is returned via bank transfer or credit card refund within 14 days of stay. If damages or disappearance of stuff exceed the amount of the deposit, the guest is required to make an additional payment.
One does well to mention accidents directly to the management, they are usually handled well.
The management will never abuse the deposit, but can be very critical when discovered that there was no respect for the property and / or in case one concealed accidents.
If one breaks something it is advisable to keep the broken pieces aside, for insurance or replacement purposes. This is to avoid discussions and misunderstandings. It is advisable to communicate in an accident or in a dispute directly with the management, so things can be clarified and a solution which is acceptable to both parties can be sought

10% discount from 1 week / 15% from 2 weeks / 20% from 3 weeks and 25% from 1 month. For stays longer than three months, a total of $ 750 per month will be charged for our studio. The family rooms cost $1000.
