This sunny Victorian terrace has been recently renovated and has high quality appliances and creature comforts:
- coffee machine plus coffee pods, fresh milk, tea, fresh bread and condiments
- cooling/heating upstairs and downstairs
- barbecue and outdoor dining area
- open fireplace with plenty of chopped wood, matches etc
- luxury bed linen & bath sheets
- two separate living spaces
- plenty of clothes hanging space plus drawers and shelves for clothing
- street parking with visitor's permit
- portacot with blankets and a high chair available
- good quality air mattress upon request
- maps and tourist info
There is a queen size bed upstairs and bunk beds downstairs. The bunk beds can be separated, so one bunk can be taken into the third bedroom. Alternatively, there is a sofa bed in the third room. The bathroom is downstairs. There is no bathroom or toilet upstairs.
I provide a 10% discount for bookings of a week or more and a 20% discount for bookings of a month or more.
Please note, the staircase is a spiral staircase. It is very solid and - as an indication- my 2 year old niece manages it very easily, as does my elderly aunt. However, if any guests have mobility issues, or if you want to cart lots of big luggage upstairs, this may be a problem (regular sized luggage will be fine).
The entire house is available to guests. I will not be living at the house but am readily contactable by phone. It is my home so please respect it :)

The keys will be left in a combination lock near the front door. I will send the guests the code up to a week before arrival.
During your stay I will be available on the phone or email.
Please respect my house and the neighbours. No parties. No loud music. No smoking inside. No pets.
I have just bought a small terrace in Fitzroy North and am joining airbnb so I can manage the mortgage and still do some travelling.
As a host you will find me considerate, flexible and easy to contact.
